Unique floor lamp

Description

I have looked EVERYWHERE trying to find a similar lamp, and can't find one. Its quite beautiful, the photos dont do it justice.

1. At first I thought Cordey, but although I have seen many of his table lamps, I'm questioning that the style of roses at least on the top are his. If you note, the leaves have multi layers / tons of colors on the leaves and I haven't seen that so far on anything Cordey.

2. While all of the parts appear to match in style and color, when you take a closer look the roses and leaves on the bottom do not match up with the ones on the top. There are also none of the blue flowers.

3. I included a photo of the base at the bottom, Im too cautious to try to take this thing apart but I don't know of any other way to find signatures if they exist?

4. Its been suggested to me that someone took very similar parts and created their own lamp from a vase, and a candle stick....along with electric parts. I can't find either of these though even in single parts.

Any help or suggestions, ideas for me to search,  someone knowing what this is much less a value would be great!

Thanks so much in advance!
