Unique old pipes!

Found these two pipes from my gramps, the tan one is made in holland  with some good weight to it, and it looks pretty fancy. The other one I am unable to find information on! All i know is that its a liteshell briar type billiard #07 and the two red dots with a line supposibly mean its made italian? THanks for reading and hope you guys are intregued enough to tell me what I have. :) thanks!
