Description
Metal item, 6" high, 6" wide with turning wheel on right side that turns round cylinder almost touching a silver coated blade in the front. Bar lifts up over cylinder. Assembly stands on 4 legs. Have no idea what it is, what it may be worth, looking for help in identifying it.
