AI Appraisal

Description

I'm working with a locac Real Estate company. I have no documentation on this painting and would like to figure out who is this artist. The only thing I know it has a sticker on back with Garland Galleries out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. They are our of business. Any help would be great. Thanks!
