Stainless steel, brass, copper, and possibly silver decorative ball. Purchased at a garage sale in the 90's. The couple had owned it for 40 years and had purchased it at an estate sale.
Picture was bought at a garage sale. It had been in the previous owner's family for years just sitting in the garage.
