Description

I found this piece in a farm house in Coleman, Ga.  The family recieved it from a late uncle in Augusta Ga. who lived in the childhood home of President Woodrow Wilson. Before the uncles death, most of his collection was auctioned.  The uncle saved pieces with meaning. I'm not a collector, bought the item because it was unique and the price was right.  No idea of its origin or worth.  The cabinet is made of wood with sculptured metal door fronts and trim.  Picture taken of the underside did not come out due to the flash but I found an ink stamped marking about 2" diameter that appeared like a flower design.  The pictures also show the art work throughout the wood sections at the bottom and top trim.  Any thoughts would be appreciated

It'[s in the Louis XV style, which has been reproduced several times since the mid 1700's. It's probably a 1020's version, but you'll need to have someone physically examine this one to determine it's vintage
