Description
We have this plate we aquired in an estate sale along with lots of other plates etc. I would like to know where it was made and i have thought it was majolica ware. I would like to know its approx period of manufacture and if it has or had any value before it was chipped. Please see chip in picture 1. There is a date stamp 1857 on the rear and a 2 and 1 underneath the date stamp.?????
