U.S. General Land Office Records Land Purchase Certificates (1840-1845)

Description

I have 3 U.S. General Land Office Records Land Purchase certificates bought at an estate sale.  They are dated 1840, 1844, & 1845.  Land awarded in Mississippi, New Orleans, and New Orleans. Signed in chronological order by Martin Van Buren, John Tyler, and James K. Polk.  I'd like to get an idea of their value and also understand what preservation measures should be taken.
