Bremerton Naval Station Cartain Jones Med commanders personal file on an explosion of a 5 inch gun battery that injured several crewmembers. Hand written report with illustrations of ear drum damage Photos included 6 ..three copies of each. Naval docs that track the movement of the file are incl.

Incident occured in March 1945

Months before she was sent to the bottom by A bomb

This is the only known file to exist One on a Kind

Interesting twist is the Captain later went on to invent the Jones tube. A small glass tube to repair tear ducts. He pioneered tear duct surgery and drooping eye lids

Also included is the Captains High school diploma, Fraternity induction document and his Masters degree.
