AI Appraisal

Description This is some kind of medicine inhaler. It is made of clear glass, with a funnel like opening on top with a tiny hole. There is also a bottle of "Elmo recharge liquid No. 9" that seems to go with the inhaler. Looks like some sort of antique quack medicine to me!
