Description
The Painting/print/I have no idea is a self portrait of Van Gogh. It was framed and their is an inner material, also covering the picture, like a border. The estate sale was amazing and had so many quality items. What is this that I have?

I could not find that particular self portrait, which would then have available prints. I think you should contact http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Van_Gogh_Museum
or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-portraits_by_Vincent_van_Gogh#Fakes scroll down to get names of reference books to order from library. It looks to be his work, so all you need to do is see if it is a print.
