Vintage 2 piece Carnival glass bowl

Description

I have a heavy, deeply carved bowl with a base that could be used as a candy dish (well, we did). It is what I think is Amethyst? color. I think the pattern may be Whirled Stars? The item is in Florida, so I will add photo when I receive it (soon). The top edge is serrated.
