Vintage Chinese Ivory & Silver Dominoes and Cards

Description There are two sets: one of playing cards made like dominoes and one of dominoes. They measure 1"x2"x1/4". 1/8" is ivory and the other 1/8" is possibly glass covering a substance that I assume is the silver, although the color is gold. I don't believe the sets are complete. There are 26 cards and 29 dominoes. The cards are in great condition, but the dominoes are losing some chips of glass. They have been oiled and some of the green substance comes off on my fingers. I'm not sure what the cases are made of. It looks like very thin leather, but at the folds there are stings where they are so worn. They are so stiff, I think there's probably thin wood beneath the cover. I have searched extensively and have failed to find anything on them. Any help you can give me will be much appreciated!
