I have a 1970's Coleco table top hockey game. It is an Eaton's Exlusive. It has #5165 and no 5169 on it.
It came with all 14 teams.
12 of the teams are in their original packages and have never been used. 1 of the 12 has an opened package but never been used.
These are the 12 teams:
Chicago Black Hawks......Pittsburgh Penguins
Boston Bruins..................Minnesota North Stars
Detroit Red Wings............Philadelphia Flyers
New York Rangers...........Los Angeles Kings
California Seals................Vancouver Canucks
Buffalo Sabres..................St. Louis Blues (package is opened but not used)
The 2 other teams l have that are opened and played with are theToronto Maple Leafs and the Montreal Canadians. They are in good condition but have been used.
Each team has 5 players and 1 goalie. They are packaged as teams and not individually.
The rink has been used but is in good condition. I am missing one white pole that hold up the score board and the middle score board.
I have two pucks, the red and green lights, nets, the game legs, all the white ends are on the rods (levers) and the goalie ends are not on, but l have them. (Check picture) It looks like there are two extra white end pieces for the levers(rods).
It also comes with a poster (copywrite...1969), instructions, booklet that shows you other games you can buy. etc. (pictures) Paperwork is not in 100% condition.
I am not a hockey fan, so know nothing about this game and if it is rare or have any great value to it. Any information would be appreciated.

These have a rather specialized group of Sports memorabilia collectors, we'd retail one for about $200.00.

Do you mean you would retail the game for about $200? Looking at the price of the tin metal men on ebay, l think l could get more if l sold the teams seperately from the game.

Hi Michele, yes, it's pretty much always the case that when you have an antique or collectible that consists of many pieces that you can often get more by selling each piece. The problem with that is most people will typically not be looking for that one piece and want the entire set. I have a complete set of collectible antique toy soldiers and if I were to sell each of those individually I could get 10X what the set as a whole would sell for, but chances are that most people would not want only the individual item. I've seen it where some collectors will piecemeal an entire set trying to sell each piece, but often they are left with only some of the items selling so it's usually not worth it to break up a set, at least in my opinion.

Thanks Joseph. If l did, l would sell them as teams. I would not split up the teams and sell them indiviually.

Generally that would be the case, sometimes the sum of the parts would be more than for a set. Which is why some items such as china dinner services are broken up and sold as individual replacement items. That said, one risks losing value if not all the separate pieces have buyers.
