Comet Pocket Watch, It works on and off so definitely needs to be looked at but hands and second hand do move. It was found about 20yrs ago by a train station/parking lot in UP STATE NEW YORK, It's in good condition, Also has a part that pictures can be inserted, The numbers got off it are:
