Your post caught my eye as I also have a small collection of this pattern crystal stemware in various types of wine style glasses. I also have two small coffee (?) cups in the same pattern, one of these cups has a sticker "Bohemia Glass Made in Czechoslavakia". That's all I know .. hope I've been of some help.
