Description
I think it's some kind of Desk Organizer. I bought this from an antique dealer about 10 years ago it was $10.00. Just one of those things you see and just want. I have done searches on this but the only thing that comes close is something a doctor would have had on his Desk years ago or from a hotel where they would put keys of messages.

It's the upper section of what is sometimes called a "Wells Fargo Desk", the lower section looks a lot like a small table. Desks like this were used by small companies all over the USA from the mid 1800's to World War One is some rural areas. On it's own it would probably sell for about $150.00.
