Vintage embroidered linens needlework gold, red, blue embroidery with crochet edging

I have several vintage embroidered linens that I am having a hard time identifying. I was hoping someone would be able to tell me where they were made or any other helpful information.  Please note there are 7 different individual items in the pictures-info on ANY of them would be very helpful.
