Vintage General Electric "Seven" Transistor AM Radio. It is battery operated (3 "D" Batteries)and comes in a Genuine Top Grain Leather case with leather gripped carrying handle. It is tan in color. The On/Off - Volume knob has 2 slight chips in the plastic, but does not affect the operation of the unit at all. The clear plactic knob for dialing in AM channels works perfectly, but has some slight discoloring. The numbers on this dial are still visible and very readable. The Leather Case has 3 brass colord snaps that provide access to the battery compartment along with access to the inner workings of the radio for repairs. Radio was built in Utica, NY and is Model# P-776A. Superheterodyne 455 KC I.F. Range 540-1600 KC. Battery Supply - 4.5V.
