Vintage green marble top small side table

I have come across this table and another but struggling to find any information about them. I'd like to start with the marble top first. *PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES* Stamped as in the pictures clearly PA MA ITALY TELEX 315389 further along the same piece is a random positioned marking of initialls which look to be AH after extensive Internet searches I've found nothing which relates to this really lovely table. The table does require a clean for sure, without not knowing about the metal/materials the frame is made of, I've been reluctant to attempt such. I've seen very little evidence of damage and will investigate further once I have knowledge of what it is I'm working with. ALL HELP ADVICE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
