Description

This is a floral plate 7.5” in diameter. It has a scalloped edge and is edged in gold. It has one large spray of flowers painted on one side (mainly purple) and a small bud on the opposite side. On the reverse are the initials RS in white. However, they are rough feeling. The plate is translucent. Thank you for your help.
