acquired in the 1970s in the USA approx 20" long including pendant. I cannot say what it's made of; the color of the round stones and the drop pendant is pale milky cream/jade color. the star shaped "stones" are tipped with sparkly "points". The reverse of the necklace, including "stones", looks dull brown - like clay and it does not look like it was once shiny although the front is still bright and shiny. The necklace is lightweight but appears to be sturdily made since I have worn it many many times.
