I can send pics ....

Actually figure neither is worth anything.  When i bought these items from this garage sale...I just thought they would be great for my collages and I fell in love with the design on the Oriental Damask Jewelry.

I have a box full of sheet music from the late 1800s  (like Eva Tanguay's -Mother-signed all the way to Bing Crosby).  I can't imagine its worth much but really just want the green light so I can put this into my art. lol

As I am looking at the jewelry, while it matches perfectly I'm not sure they were intended to be together.  The earrings are definitely a peacock type crest.  The pendant on the necklace is about 2 1/2 inches (?)  The pendant itself resembles a "shield" of some sort.  In the middle, it is raised.  Inside this curved, raised square is the crest.  The crest has eagle falcon looking wings, a crown with a cross, 2 headed bird (?), shield, 2 legs, feet.  On the left foot is some sort of wand.  On the right foot is some sort of ball ornament.  Beautiful etchings on the outside.

Again, I picked the set up for maybe $15.00 (more than the sheet music)....I just thought the design was so cool.  Just looking for that green light to wear it. lol

History I went to garage sale this weekend and I am always looking for interesting paper for my collages...What looked to be a box of newspapers, was in fact, beautiful sheet music from the late 1800s into the 1950s...beautiful stuff......The owner did not know what was in there (she said)....I gave her $5.00 and was beginning a new collage when i started reading the lyrics and noticing dates, etc. I stopped because I was afraid I would cut them up and find out later they could be worth something. Just want to get the green light so I can put them in my collages....I also purchased a beautiful oriental damask (this was the printed description on the card)....it's very old according to the woman who sold it to me. It has a family crest.....and the earrings look to be a peacock type crest....silver and gold.
Price Paid (If known) $5.00 for the box of sheet music at a garage sale....$10.00 for the Oriental Damask Jewlery Set
