Description Steamer trunk size 28w x 15.5d x 18h. Tin embossed. Patent on latch is April 16, 1879. Not sure of the maker. Secret compartment with lithograph of girl wearing a hat. Curious if I should "leave as is" or if it's okay to restore. Thank you.

I think it's lovely as is. It's really in good condition considering that it was left in a garage! Minimal value as there were so many of these made. Keep it and enjoy it!
