This weathervane dates to the first half, and probably third of the 20th century. Eagle vanes are quite common and as such their values aren't substantial most of the time unless exceptional or very early. Recently they have been selling in the $400-$800 neighborhood with some examples going for a bit more and some a bit less. I think this one is worth a solid $500-$800 auction estimate.
