Description

I found this plaque at a garage sale and hope someone can tell me something about it. I have searched but cant find anything. It is metal dont know if it is bronze brass or copper but is quite weighty.  It has Ferdinand 111 UG.ROM.IM.S.A around the centre and COPIE on the back.

It is 19cm in diamater.

If anyone knows anything I would greatly appreciate it

Most of these decorative wall plates are Continetal examples and postdate World War Two, though they were also between World Wars 1 & 2 They were produced in very large numbers in Holland and Germany for the export market, so values for them tend to be rather modest for them. At auction compaqrables often sell for under $50.00.
