Description

Waltham pocket watch serial #610057, hunter style case, I believe.  Engraved with a bird and flora on one side, bird and either a church or schoolhouse with flora on the other.

It is a family heirloom, from my great grandmother, born 1888.  The watch was worn for a portrait done of her in 1904.

On the ring around the crown is engraved AW and something else I am unable to see.

We will need the serial number located on the movement of the watch itself, not the one on the case, to tell you about your watch. Also if the case is gold it should clearly say such via a hallmark inside one of the lid covers, let us know what the hallmarks here say if anything.

Should be pretty easy to give you detailed information on your watch pending a response.
