I have a set of china dinnerware that serves 12. The design is entitled "Old Abbey", #A2003 pattern by Warwick.
This pattern was manufactured circa 1949 and has pink roses and gray scrolls on a white background with gold daubs and is scalloped.
It is missing a few pieces and a couple plates have chips in them. One teacup has a crack that has been glued. There are light scratches on the bottom of the plates and serving dishes due to them being used. The colors are all bright except for some of the gold daubs on the scalloped edges. The gold seems to be rubbed off, or has dulled in some areas. It is shiny in some areas and dull in others.
Set includes:
-3 sizes of plates (dinner plates, salad plates, and dessert plates)
-Teacups and saucers
-Large bowls and smaller bowls
-2 serving bowls (1 round, 1 oval)
-1 round serving bowl with lid
- 2 oval serving platters
- 1 cream and 1 sugar serving dishes.
The silverware shown in the picture do not go with the set. They are Oneida LTD silverware that was purchased at another time. The salt and pepper shaker do not go with the set either.
