Description Beautiful insulated water pitcher. Hand painted scene of men stuck in the ocean surrounded by ice and whales. This water pitcher is very detailed and has many carvings in the base and the top. We want to know anything about it.

History This was given to my great great great grandmother by Governor James Budd. 19th Governor of California. It is engraved on the lid to my grandparents from James and Inez Budd. They were good friends. We also have his graduation picture from the class of 1873
