Description

I believe this is a watercolor. The picture is of my uncle Roy. He was born in 1904 and it looks

like he is 3 or 4 years old. He's standing in front of and holding onto an ornate wicker chair.
The image is on paper board, is convex in a brass frame with a glass cover. The back cover is tin,

I think, it's shinny on the inside. The picture measures 25" x 15 3/8" with the frame - 13" x 19"

without.
Writing on the back of the picture says "9493, Mrs. N. Detterline Norristown, Pa"
