I took it out of the frame for the photos, It is behind glass and has a wooden patterened frame.

This frame has a sticker on from Wellington NZ.

Coastal Netherlands (?) scene.The ladies are wearing a Dutch bonnet.

I would be grateful for any information and would like to sell it.
