Waterford 'Evolution' large platter (22") with poppies by Robert Held, signature and number etched on the bottom, 17 out of 250. That one says it’s original retail was $5000. Can’t say what you should sell it for. I did see a different style platter on Mercari for $120 but don’t know if it’s signed https://www.mercari.com/us/item/m67364784387/
I don’t know what’s worth more, a vase or a platter but if it were me I’d ask closer to the $3000 and see what happens.
