Unfortunately the photos are not clear enough of the markings on the bottom of your jug to be completely clear. But you appear to have a water jug that was mass produced (the number is likely the style number or mold number.)
It looks to be earthen ware, which is consistant with a mass produced piece of this type of function. Higher end piece though, as it's more than just functional, it's got some styling to it.
It's doubtful (again without seeing and handling it myself to check out details.) that it's 1800's though. I'd suggest that you are looking at a piece from the early part of the mid 1900's.
Since you are not asking for sale price, I assume you are wondering about insurance? I'd insure it for about $150 in that case. Sale price is likely between $60 and $150 depending on condition and other such items that are not visibile in your photos.
