What Is It?

By WillowRaine, 31 January, 2018
Description

I paid $70 for  this piece when I bought this 25 years ago, and I was told it was a Georgian Milk Jug. I would greatly appreciate any information that will identify what it really is, where it's from, what the lettering means, and perhaps even an idea of how old it is, or what it might be worth.
Height = 12.5" - Width at bottom = 4.5" - Width of opening = 2.5"
