What is this, Who made it, Is it an Antique?

Description

Lid is dark blue with gold coloured, decorative patterns. Colour and pattern is repeated on the base. One side of the urn depicts a lady reclining and a young man at her feet (left hand side). To her right a sheep rests on her dress. The reverse side depicts two swans on a lake. Decorative type "handles" on either side of the urn.

Looks like a modern copy of Sevres porcelain. There's a lot of this stuff coming out of China. Is there a mark on the base?
