What's It Worth? Antique 1800's Sketch/photo & Who's The Artist

Description I purchased these pictures from a yard sale in Tennessee, I know they are real, because I also purchased other antique items there that are very old and worth a lot of money, they look to be sketches, but look like actual black and white photographs, when I took them out of the frame they are stuck to a piece of card board, but the actual paper they are on is thicker than paper and it is very brittle, the paper looks brown..he is from New England and went to Harvard, it states on internet that he was very involved with anti-slavery and women's right's..states he was a Unitarian Minister, Transcendentalist among many other things, believe he has a church or statue dedicated to him in Boston, MA...any help would be appreciated..I was really wanting to know what they are worth
