Outside is black and geen leather with red velvet ribbon running accross the width. It has a gold White House seal in the center with the title "The Presidents". Inside cover has a lable with registered #621, Alloted to Samuel A. Taylor, The Gravure Company of America May 2, 1903, and signed by the secretary. the first cover page is separated. Copywrite in 1901 by Bureau of National Literature and Art. Consists of portraits of presidents with a one page bio and seperated by tissue/onion paper. Features presidents from Washington to McKinley. Back cover and cover page are seperated, binder is worn and outside edges are worn. Washington and Lincoln's portraits are missing. Portraits are in b&w.
