White vase with blue flowers

I have a white vase with blue flowers that is approximately 9 inches high. It's in almost pristine condition. On the lighter side of weight. On the bottom is the letter BdV and cp as I just wrote and the date 1589. There are also 2 more groups of letters/ pictures from what, I'm assuming, are from  a different language. It was given to me from a 95 year old neighbor and she received it from her mother when she passed. She know for sure its a minimum of 113 years old, but has no clue as to where or when her mother received it. Research of similar products keeps bringing me back to similar pottery from China.
