The picture is painted on a piece of wood which is appox. 10 & 3/4" wide 12 & 3/4" high, and 5/16 of an inch thick. The frame is goldish like, and appox. 17 & 3/4" wide, and 19" high. Some of the pictures are in the goldish like frame it came in, which makes the picture over all appox. 17 & 3/4" wide, and 19" high. A piece of paper attached to the back of this painting (which has since came loose) said gerard dow 1613 1625, or 1675. One of the pictures shows the piece of paper at the bottom right corner, which said gerard dow 1613, 1625 or 1675. It's shows a woman, or a man with glasses on reading a book or a bible.
