William Moulton Sterling Tea Strainer

Description

This Tea strainer is marked WM, which according to research on Maker's marks, it was made by William Moulton in the 1700's. I cannot find any information about the figurative marks, which are a left facing lion, e, F, and a shield. It also has an A with a crown above it, and some other mark, which I cannot identify. Also, has 930 stamped on it. It is a very detailed piece. Has people sitting at tables with a barn in the background, and people playing violins and dancing. Maybe Pioneers?  It measure 5 1/2" with the handle and 4" without the handle. Please Help identify this piece. Thank You
