Description

Was given this by a friend, so I have no information about it, either from her or through extensive searching of the web. It is in great condition but did not come with a bathtub. I found one similar item on eBay, said to be made by "Hawkeye by Burlington". Can anyone help me (maker, age, rarity, value)?
