Re: Wisconsin Chair Company Rocker
I recently aquired a Wisconsin Rocker. While doing a bit of research on the company there was an article that mentioned they received a patent for their rocking/sliding mechanism in 1891.
IF you have a combination rocker/slider and IF that is the same patent being referred to on your chair I would think  that would date your chair prior to 1891.
Again, this is just a bit of information that I found on line and if may not be of use to you or it might.
As I am still trying to determine the age/value of my Wisconsin chair I would appreciate it if you know of any place where I can find further information.

Good luck with your chair.
