Wood and brass, music box bottom, with boars head for dispensing spice/pepper and topped iwth pheasant

Description Not sure what it is. 9" tall, I believe the wood is cherry or walnut. There is a brass boar's head on the front, a brass pheasant topper and brass turn handle on back. There is a music box on the bottom, unfortunately it does not play music.
