Description
This is from an estate auction and had been in the family for many years. Some members put it back several generations and story has it that the grandfathers, grandfather had brought it from some other country where it had been handed down to him.The carving is from one solid piece of wood and has very detailed images of women standing by a tree with a godess? sitting in the upper branches surrounded by flowers. The bottom has a carved design.
