Description

I don't know much about this item, really I'd just like to know what era it's from more than anything... Or am I hanging onto something new and worthless?

Distinguishing marks Nothing really. Except two grooves at the top of the handle, and four colours painted at the base of the handle. It also feels heavy, so I'm guessing it's solid.
