Wooden Spoon Rack

Okay so I'm a bit confused about this section of the questionier but here it goes.  I have a 15 piece handcrafted wooden 3 tier spoon rack with craved in flowers and 2 doves. I think it is absolutly beautiful and I want to learn more about it, like who made it and how old it is. This piece will be pasted down for generations in my family.

All I know is that my mother bought it 20 years ago from a shop in Gray Summit, Mo. But my mother has been gone for some years now so thats all I know.
