History
When my brother passed away unexpectedly this wine rack was found with his posessions. I suspect he purchased it in Mexico as he was military stationed in San Diego, but was a Marine officer in charge of Naval ship operations that traveled to other countries. I know this is little to go on, but it's all I have.
