It looks like you have a 1937 Pattern Luftwaffe Officer's Dagger, 2nd Model. Prices vary based on components like an ivory handle or Trolon, accoutrements (hangers, buckles etc), blade (Damscus or etched), and the maker (e.g. Eickhorn). They are fairly common.
