Description The wheel actually turns around. Material is metal with a black lacquer look. It measures 2-1/2" in diameter. There pieces of missing enamel on the top rim and on the bottom, top is excellent as well as color on the wheel. Interior is nice, has a piece marked Zephyr and does not have it's puff. That lifts up to reveal where the make up use to be. The mirror has a tiny spot but is intact.
