Description
Bayonet has 17" triangle blade. The part that attaches to the gun is 4" and the slot has not been widened. It has markings on the blade; a crown above 40, a deep mark that looks like an I , K&A and 288 on the bent part at the bottom of the blade. My brother did some research and found it to be made between 1778 and 1806.
